This was our second time taking Greyson to the dentist, but this was the first insurance billed visit. Originally I thought this would be more of a regular cleaning, but I was mistaken. Greyson did good until they asked him to lay down. I was surprised they didn't even try to clean the teeth, but I guess they don't want to to traumatize him. I was also surprised he received candy at the end, but I guess they want to help the kids have a positive experience. He ended up laying on my lap as the dentist checked his teeth and applied fluoride. He now has his 2 year molars in and we can avoid the teething pains for a few years. Yay!
